This Elegant Sake Martini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.
Japanese-Inspired Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
